Our Lifting Belts are Pure Nylon Made and specially Treated to make them solid and abrasion resistant.
The low stretch characteristics of the lifting belt ensures that once the correct belt length is fitted it remains correct. This is vital as a slack lifting belt increases ' Snatch ' when the tup is lifted from the forging. This places excessive unnecessary & damaging shock loads on the hammer lifting mechanism
- Operator Safety: The use of the correct grade of Pure Nylon Interwoven pulling cord helps prevent the lifting mechanism engaging through 'drag' on the capstan bush, with obvious safety implications.
- Cigarette Machine GARNITURE Tapes, SUCTION TAPES / Band:
- We are manufacturing Best quality Kevlar Garniture Tapes, which can control the SD very well with better life.
- Suction Tapes are made Endless without welded/fused joint, Suction Tape / Band is made endless while weaving itself and as such life would increase drastically. We manufacture both smooth surface and rough surface Tapes/Band.

These are made out of Pure Nylon Woven (Both for warp and weft) and specially treated to make them solid. Life much more than any other type of belt. Though Pure Nylon made there would be no slippage, it will have very good grip. Life would be triple when compared to any other type of belt.
